How do I place an order?
We designed our wesbsite with you in mind. You can select the design and color or fabric that you like, the size and add it to your cart. You can always send us a message should you have any queries before checking out your order.
Orders made on this website are considered an offer of purchase, and are subject to acceptance and availability. We try to ensure that availability information is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly as we also sell on other platforms. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a refund for the unavailable garment. Our collection contains exclusive pieces in very small production runs, which in some cases can be made to order. In the event that your order has to be newly manufactured as a pre-order, we will contact you individually to agree the delivery date to make sure it arrives in time for your special occasion. As the customer it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment method is correct and accurate.

Do I Have To Open An Account With Work It To Place An Order?
We are interested in our customer and want to get to know you that is why we encourage that you open an account and talk to us. By opening an account with Work It will entails you to get all the insider information, including newsletters with exclusive offers and discounts.
How do I know my size?
We made our own size chart for your guidance. However, please note that different designs and fabrics used can make the fit vary. You will have to take the measurements of your Bust, Waist and Hips to find your size our size chart. You may always message us if you need further assistance.
Can I have a customized size?
Our standard size is Small upto XL. But if you do not fit in these sizes, we can customized for plus sized women or customized the length for a very minimal fee. Please send us a direct message to know more.
Does Work It Have Any Physical Shops?

How much is the shipping cost?
We do not want to include the shipping fee to our price to make it affordable to more moms who are tight in their budget. This will help our customers who buy more quantity to save on the shipping fee. Please refer below:
Do You Deliver To Work Addresses?
Couriers do deliver to work address during weekdays on office hours.
How long is the shipping?
If the item is on-hand and not preorder/customized, we immediately pack the items as soon as we receive the proof of payment. For orders made and paid before 12 noon, can be picked up on the same day. Beyond the cut-off, orders will be sent on the next business day.
Transit time will be 1-2 days (Metro manila) 2-7 days (province) but it may take more time some cases. This will be beyond our control, please understand.
How do I secure my package?
Once we have released the order/s to the courier, you may contact them directly to track or if you encounter any issues. (We are not responsible for any loss, delays or damages caused by the courier.) We do recommend that you insure your package for a very minimal fee.
How do I know where my parcel is?
You may check the tracking status of your package by checking the courier’s website and entering the tracking number we will send for confirmed orders.
For orders made abroad, will I Be Charged Customs & Import Duties?
Any customs or import duties once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

WORK IT RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY
It is our goal to please each of our customers. We hope that you would love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason this is not the case, we do accept returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:
Only defective items are eligible for refunds. Please send us a proof of the defect and we will process your refund within two weeks of receipt of the return item. Returns and exchanges are valid within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges For LOCAL customers only.
We understand that women have different body types and judging your size can be tricky and it’s hard to know what will work best with your changing body shape. If you purchased a wrong size, we will accept it to beexchange for other size. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, original tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
Wrong items received / faulty
If you have received the wrong item or have discovered a fault, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please return the wrong or faulty item and once we have confirmed the fault, we will be happy to issue an exchange or a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of returning and exchanging your item (unless the item is defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail. Please insure your packages for security.
